Rachel Hanson

Co-founder

Rachel Hanson is the co-founder of Webb Staging & Design. A wife and mother of two, Rachel brings a thoughtful, family-centered perspective to every space she styles. Her approach blends timeless design with everyday livability - creating spaces that feel cozy, elevated, and effortlessly inviting.

A graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Family and Consumer Science Education, Rachel combines her background in home and design principles with her professional certification from Staging Studio, where she earned her Expert Home Stager (Staging Design Professional®) designation.

When she’s not styling spaces, you’ll find Rachel gathering with family and friends, browsing the aisles of Target, or working on her next home project.

Melissa Jones

Co-founder

Melissa Jones is the co-founder of Webb Staging & Design. She is a wife and mom of five children, with family at the center of everything she does. She studied at Brigham Young University and holds her Staging Studio Expert Home Stager Certification, combining formal education with a passion for creativity and design. From a young age, Melissa loved finding ways to create and make spaces feel special — a love that was shaped by watching her mom create a home where everyone felt comfortable, welcomed, and excited to be together. That feeling of "home" left a lasting impact and now inspires her work, as she strives to help others experience that same warmth and connection in their next home.

When she's not designing, you'll likely find her in a basketball gym or on the sidelines of a game, cheering on her kids, enjoying sports, and making memories with her family.
